Skylark Project Consultants Ltd is an SME whose staff conduct original research in the area of public health and provide consultancy in leadership of projects, particularly European Commission funded multi-national projects. Over the past 20 years, the company directors have been partners in a large number of UK and EC-funded projects and co-ordinator for many of these EC projects.
Skylark has an extensive network of scientific, managerial and support staff gathered from many years working in Universities and on research projects. These staff are appointed to Skylark as required to meet the needs of individual projects. The subject expertise provided by the company includes public health, mental health, environmental health and digital technologies in health. Skylark staff have taken key roles in project planning, conducting field surveys and attitude surveys by questionnaire, data collection and analysis, market research, policy analysis and evaluation of mental health programmes.
The management support provided by the company includes resource management, grant monitoring, web design, financial planning & control, quality monitoring & control, liaison with the European Commission and collaboration with universities.
